Information you share

Our tour request form collects the contact details and preferences you enter, such as your name, email, optional phone number, floor-plan interest, visit timing and message. It also records your submission and any SMS consent you choose to provide. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment details or other sensitive documents.

How your inquiry is used

Bay Island Apartments and its management team use this information to answer your questions, arrange a tour and follow up on your housing inquiry. A request does not reserve an apartment or confirm a tour; the leasing team must confirm the arrangements.

Services that process your information

The form is provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system and sent to Bay Island’s leasing and management email addresses. Service providers supporting hosting, communications and inquiry follow-up may process information to provide those services. The website and embedded form may also process technical information, such as browser, device, referral and network information, to operate and protect the service.

Your text-message choices

Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize automated texts. The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process them on our behalf to deliver the messages you request.
